When does the 21-day Wedding Wellness Program start?

The program starts the day after you sign up. 

I’m not getting married until next year - Will this work for me?

Yes! The tools you'll learn and practice over the 21 days will help you wherever you are in your wedding planning. Plus, you'll get access to all content for one year, so you can come back for a refresher whenever you want.

I’m already so busy – Will I have time for this?

You'll need between 15 and 30 minutes each day, depending on the length of the meditation and how long your answers to the journal prompts are. You can do the practices whenever you want.

I've never meditated before - Is that a problem?
