This 7-day program is a condensed, self-guided version of my 21-Day Group Letting Go Program. It includes daily guided meditations, journaling prompts, and affirmations to help you let go of difficult emotions and stress. The guided meditations are between 10 and 20 minutes. All materials are packaged in a file for you to complete on your own.
